Heat Light Fan Installation

A very popular choice when winter approaches, a combination heat light fan can make those freezing cold bathrooms a thing of the past. Depending on the size of your bathroom and the height of the ceiling we can determine the type of unit best suited, then you can source your own unit or we can supply. In most cases a new circuit would be run from the switchboard on its own circuit breaker and RCD protected. The unit would generally replace the existing light and the switches would be added to the existing switch if possible. In some instances the additional switches are located on an external wall to accommodate the extra cabling required, or a remote controlled unit may be suitable.  Alternatively chasing (cut) the wall and recess the cable into the wall, this would then need to be patched and painted by others.

Approximately 1 hour 30minutes an electrician or less time with the use of an apprentice, causing you less disruption time and cost
