Light Switches Installation

When it comes to the positioning of a new light switch in an existing house the easiest place is to install it on an external wall (double brick) where we can run the cable down the cavity.  However if you need the switch on a single brick wall (internal wall with another room on the other side) we can either run conduit or duct down from the ceiling to the switch, common in garages or alternatively chase (cut) the wall and recess the cable into the wall, this would then need to be patched and painted by others. Sometimes conduits can be hidden in walk in robes, pantries or linen cupboards.

Approximately 30 minutes for a 1gang switch excluding chasing for an electrician
